Potluck provides an online platform that allows users to organize events, invite guests, share content, and optionally collect payments through Stripe.

Potluck does not organize or host events and is not a party to transactions between users.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

User Content

Users may upload photographs and other event content. You retain ownership of your content but grant Potluck a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Website.

Event Hosting

Hosts are solely responsible for event details, compliance with laws, safety, and communications with guests. Potluck does not supervise events.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. Potluck does not receive or hold funds and does not process payment card information.

Hosts determine refund policies and are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Violate laws

• Upload unlawful content

• Interfere with Website operations

• Use automated scraping tools

• Impersonate others

Potluck may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Intellectual Property

All platform software and materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Electronic Communications

By using the Website you consent to receive communications electronically including service notifications and updates.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act administered by JAMS. Users may opt out within 30 days by emailing support@potluck.us.

Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be brought individually and not as part of a class action.
